1. What These Terms Cover
These Terms of Service apply to the garden maintenance, lawn care, paving, artificial turf, fencing and retaining wall services provided by Eco Point Lawns and Gardens ("we," "us" or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a job or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and Estimates
Every quote starts with a free, no-obligation on-site visit so we can take accurate measurements and assess site access, soil condition and existing structures. The price we provide after that visit is the price you pay, with no hidden surprises. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Scheduling and Access
We will agree on a start date and time with you. You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable site access on the agreed day, including clearing pets, vehicles and belongings from the work area where needed. If access is not available on the scheduled day, we may need to reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.
4. Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit for materials, will be set out in your written quote. Final payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.
5. Changes to the Scope of Work
If you request changes after work has started, or if we uncover conditions that were not visible during the site visit (for example, hidden debris, poor drainage or underground services), we will discuss the impact on price and timing with you before proceeding.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a call-out fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
